The Cooks’ Workshop offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to start or expand food-based enterprises. A commercial kitchen is a big investment and often requires the expense of equipment and space that is used for only a portion of the day or week. The Cooks’ Workshop provides the opportunity to rent space for the hours needed giving new food producers or fledgling restaurants the opportunity to try out their concept.
