In this economic climate, it can be difficult to know how to get the help you need. The following organizations have partnered with WILL to point you in the right direction. If you don't know how to get the help you need, please call one of these services and they will assist you.

Family Service of Champaign County, First Call for Help
First Call for Help provides information about community resources. It offers referrals and advocacy for those needing services from other agencies, as well as providing assessments of client needs for other agencies. It provides limited emergency assistance when available to qualifying individuals, including referral to food pantries, rent, utility bills (power only), and prescription assistance up to $25.

We’ll eliminate the confusion and frustration of calling all over town; we want to be the next-to-last call you have to make to solve your problem, or begin solving it. First Call for Help is a United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois service in part by HSAC, the Macon County Health Department, the Macon County Mental Health Board.
